 Patsy M. Renzullo has been a life-long resident of Litchfield County.
He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and started at the University of Connecticut Law School,
before volunteering for military service. He attended artillery officer candidate school at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and served
a tour in Vietnam. Discharged in 1971 as an army First Lieutenant, he was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and Bronze Star.
Returning to Connecticut, he resumed studies at UConn Law School. After graduating, his first legal position was as an assistant
to the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut. Soon he went into general practice, establishing two partnerships between
1976 and 1985. In 1985 he established Renzullo & Associates. He is a member
of the Connecticut and Federal Bar, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Litchfield County Bar Association.
Patsy Renzullo is a dedicated public servant, donating his time to a number of public
and private activities. For the Town of Winchester, he has served as a Selectman, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the
Planning & Zoning Commission, Counsel to the Charter Revision Committee, and member of the Inland Wetlands & Watercourses
Agency. He has served as Town Chairman for the American Cancer Crusade, Residential Chairman for the American Red Cross,
Director of the McCall Foundation and the local chapter of the American Red Cross, as well as a Director of the Winsted Health
Center. Patsy Renzullo resides in Winsted with his wife Mary-Elin
(Nalette). They have three children, and two grandchildren.
